We process credit cards, so no cost to you. We send booking confirmations to Guests. And notification to you by email, fax or phone We send instructions & directions to Guests. Guests arrive at your doorstep as scheduled. You get paid monthly by check or direct deposit, after departure. We only get paid when we make you money.

Fee to Join

There is no fee to apply as a Rustication property, we only charge a modest commission on bookings and send new money your way. There are no service fees to Guests. We only make money when you do. You can sign up easily online. No obligation.
